Um. So I am originally from Philly. Um have lived here in Vegas Since 2013 um decided in 2019 to start a business off of my side hustle, so I was in the hospitality industry, decided to move over a little bit for myself and do a little side hustle in reference to cleaning so, cleaning offices, cleaning houses and so forth. And then 2019, I just decided to go off on my own. And we started, me and my children actually started all seasons cleaning, which is our company now, and we've been doing business here in Vegas that with that ever since.

And I, they will call me, and they will be like, Leah, oh, my God. And then one of them called me. She was like, Well, I don't know if I want to refer Nikita to anybody else, because then she won't have time for me. And I was like, Oh, that's not what we do. That's not what we do. We keep referring.

I have quite a few customers, though. Like, I want to tell my friends about you, I want to tell people about you, but then you won't be too busy, and you won't be able to clean my house. And I'm like, It's okay. I'll make time for you, and we can handle more than you know, the customers that we have now, business is always good, but we all like, we work, so we don't mind it. So

what do you feel like you specialize in, um,

I think a little bit of everything, you know, um, we the the special, the the way that we do things is just, you know, to when we get up in the morning and we know it's time to go out to work, I have the conversations with all customers. So when I'm booking a customer, I have the conversation with them about what they want. We do complimentary consultations and estimates. So I go out to the house and take a look let you know what it's going to cost. But I fill everything out. And so filling it out for me means I am looking for clues in what you say that you want, okay? And because if I can look for the clues and what you say that you want, I know what energy we need to bring in your house. I love so if you have you know a parent, you're taken care of, so to speak. And they may be sickly the energy in your house you want wellness, right? So we come in and we come in with the energy of wellness, and we do a little, I mean, some of my kids call it a prayer. Some of them call it something, you know, in the morning, before we leave and before we go into that home. And we do that so that we know what energy we're going in with, and we know when we're cleaning that this is what's being left behind, but this is also what's being taken away. So when the dirt is taken away, so is the sickness, so is the you know, we look at it in that way, because it just fills the house with a different energy once you leave. And so sometimes I even if, like, there are some, sometimes different instances where I'll tell a customer, like, you know, the energy that we took out and the energy that we left behind is this because of these particular things that you explained to me. And so I hope that you feel that and always get really good feedback. Like, yeah, we do, you know, we definitely feel like, you know, once you came in, but I think it's a combination of the energy that we bring when we come in, the love that we have for what we do, and what we do really is like transformation. You know, you can get anybody to clean your house, but you can't get anybody to come in and do a transformation. And that's what we specialize in, a transformation. Because we take our time. We do things properly, we make sure that we cover every aspect of you know, your home in, even when it's not a deep clean because there are certain things for us, it's not about what you see. It's about what we see. And so we need to leave satisfied, not just have you satisfied. So a lot of people be like, Y'all do way more than I expected. And I'm like, because that is our standard, right? It may be up to par for you to see what your standard is. It's like, as long as it's clean and it's nice and, you know, I'm good, but for us, it's like, no, it has to be clean. It has to be organized. So in the process of all of that, we clean, we organize, we do every possible thing we can to make sure that you feel like your home has been transformed. Okay,

Nikita, let's talk about stigmas when it comes to cleaning houses, a lot of times people want to get their house clean, but they're like, Oh, it's too dirty, too it's too disorganized. So I can't, you know, I can't let them come in here like this. So then they feel like they need to clean before you come and clean. What would you suggest to people in regards to that?

That happens a lot. We were like, Oh, I had to clean up before you got here. Like, it's okay. It's okay. You know, everybody has a preference, so I don't, I don't make people feel bad because they feel like they need to do that. We just, you know, suggest like, this is what we do, this is what we came for. And so you could be doing something else. If you need to do something else, don't be afraid to do something else. A lot of times we get customers who will book with us, and then May, even at the last minute, change their mind and cancel, you know, the booking or whatever. And most of the time, I have found that it is because they're embarrassed. Oh, and the embarrassment keeps them from getting the help that they actually need. So I try to encourage like I know for a fact that in my company, we do not discuss anybody's house and the condition of it, not with the person who referred you to us, not with you know anybody outside of that or anything, because we understand that cleaning is a dirty business. Somebody got to do it right, like we all have our amount of things that we need help with, and sometimes cleaning is that because who really has time to clean when you have the busy lives that we all really lead totally like nobody wants to come home to a dirty house, but nobody wants to really clean it up either, you know? And so it's okay though. We understand that. We get that it's everyday life that you're living sometimes you don't even have time to cook dinner. And I tell people when I go into their homes, listen if I probably wouldn't have a clean home if I didn't have all the kids that I have, because I'm here cleaning your house and somebody else's house and somebody else's house. So I get it, I understand, and it's nothing to be ashamed of. Is nothing to, you know, to feel bad about, just, you know, if you need the help, this is the area that you need the help in, and we're always willing to come in and do that, and like you know any other professional, we are, you know, your doctor has a client, patient confidentiality. We are your clean doctor. What a client, patient confidentiality.

be? No, we do not do hourly cleanings. Okay? We do not charge by the hour. We do have our clean as our standard cleanings are pretty much up to four hours. Our deep cleanings can go anywhere from six to 12 hours, depending on the size of the home. So we but we don't do we don't charge by the hour. We charge by the job. And so when you want a cleaning, that's a deep cleaning, it's better for us to come out, take a look, do a quick walk through, talk to you about, you know, everything that you want done, and then give you a set price and whatever time it takes it takes.

Don't look at me. I actually got a referral from Leah. So the biggest job that I have ever done was a house that was filled with things. And in, you know, in, some people would say, like a hoarder house or whatever kids need me, like in type that you might see on television, but it was filled with a lot of stuff, and we were hired to just get it organized, get things out of it that needed to go into the dumpster, to also to donate items and so forth and so on. So that is the biggest job that we have ever done. Um. So otherwise, we do construction cleanings. We do final cleans for any stores, any you know, any, any commercial spaces that's opening up or closing, or whatever like that. We do those. We pretty much do all kinds of cleanings, anything that you need we can pretty much handle so,

so we do commercial, we do residential. We also do Airbnbs as well, which lately has been kind of slow for us. So we really are diving in more residential. But we do. We pretty much do everything turn over cleaning for Airbnbs, every customer that I have had has been at the top of their top of the list as a host that is, you know, great and as far as cleanliness and everything in their houses, and we have great reviews, and we've been doing this since 2019 and it's our second time on radio, and we gate every customer through word of mouth. And so that has been a blessing for us, because, you know, it's kind of it's hard to build a business and and not do any kind of advertising, except for people passing you around. But as I feel like, as long as we keep our model how it is, and as long as we care about what we do, it'll continue to grow from that. Oh,

But just encouraging people also to share, because it is a grassroots effort on how you grew the business, and it's one happy customer to the next happy customer. Yes, you can't. So it takes time to sort and then after you sort of area, you clean the area, right? So, and that takes, sometimes months, sometimes months, to go through everything. Yes?

Yes, and to to clean their listings, and they also recommend us to the customers once they purchase the house. Okay, so we get a lot of customers from that as well. We were on a list to work with the developer. However, we got under bidded or whatever. So we didn't, we didn't quite make that but we do have some others in mind that we're talking to currently, because one of the things that we really love to do is deep cleans, and that really just shows the transformation of someone's home. It really does make a difference, and we like to, you know, just feel like that. We're always making a difference. So,
