better than I was the last time, baby we back and

we back and we back and we back and we back and we back, we back, and I was the last you eat. That was the

Leaha Crawford 0:42
last time. Hey, hey, hey, good morning, Las Vegas. This is Leah Crawford.

Julian Rosado 0:49
This is Julian Rosado. Hey, Julian, how are you? How you doing today? Um, doing really, really good. Uh, did you have you got time change to go to the movies lately?

Leaha Crawford 1:00
I haven't been to the movies lately, but let me tell you what I did this week, though, but I did do so congratulations to the six kappa Zi members of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Incorporated. They did their probate show on UNLV campus this week. It was absolutely amazing. I had a good time watching some young ladies join the My beloved alpha, kappa, alpha. So it was good to see the young women out there. We danced and they strolled. We had a good artist. I'm sorry. Well, you the funny thing is, we were at my office because I had meetings this week, and one of the young ladies said, Well, you know that there's a probate show. And I said, do tell she says it's at seven o'clock. So we know normally starts about 708 because we were founded in 1908 so we were like, Okay, so the office is about maybe 10 minutes. So we scurried over from from downtown to UNLV to get there so that we could see the show. It was, I apologize the next time they have one, I will definitely invite you so that you can see what Greek life, what black Greek life is about, okay, okay, especially from the um, from college students coming in, because that's our base. You know, we were started at Howard University 1908, and our legacy continues 117 years later. And there's a bunch of women nationwide that are a member of this sisterhood, and it's just amazing to welcome six new young ladies here locally into our um sorority. But today we have some amazing guests. So Okay, y'all, y'all heard shout out on here, and you heard me and shouted talking about this crazy idea she told me about in January, Leah, you got to start rowing. I'm like, Yeah, I don't know, right? Have no idea. I was like, what I mean? What? We don't have water in Vegas, so where are we rowing, right? So went to in Henderson, a place called the row house. When I tell you the best time I had working out, so I had to get the owners on here so that we could talk about how, why, when, and all the good things about row house, because I see it as a chain. Well, first I want to introduce you so I have David and rebel. I want to get it right, Houghton Hooten, who I'm going to

Overlapping Voices 3:18
spell it away

Leaha Crawford 3:22
here on the show with me. And I met David just I was just in the studio, I think, after a class one my early morning classes. Because if anybody knows me, y'all know I'm a 530 in the morning person. I do all workout sessions at five o'clock in the morning. And he was there. We just started talking, and I invited him, and he accepted my invitation. So welcome. We

David Hooten 3:39
really appreciate being here, and I appreciate your show. And I've listened to some of the podcasts, and they're fantastic. Oh, thank

Leaha Crawford 3:46
you. Thank you so rebel, tell me yes. Why row house? Well, first of all, who are you guys? How long have you guys been married?

Rebel Hooten 3:53
We've been married almost 28 years. Oh, wow. 28 years in July, my whole

Leaha Crawford 3:57
life. Yeah,

Rebel Hooten 4:00
feels like it, right? Yeah. We've been married 20 years. We have two daughters. Our oldest daughter is about to get married and graduate grad school, so we have a bunch of big events coming up, which is very exciting. Our younger daughter is in journalism, so she's gonna be thrilled that we're on this Yeah, she's, she's helping Henderson lifestyle magazine with an internship, so she's getting out there in the community. You may see her. So her name's Jordan, she's great. But yeah, we decided to open a row house because we started rowing at a row house in Southern California. We just loved it so much. David has issues with his arthritis in his back. I wanted something low impact. We've always been into working out. I've always been into class fitness. A friend of mine was coaching at row house and said, you need to do this. It'll help David a lot. And I was like, but I don't know when you do rowing, you often think of his upper body and arms. It's not but it's not as you. Know, I learned

Leaha Crawford 5:00
exactly I was doing it all wrong. Most

Rebel Hooten 5:03
people are so 60% likes, 30% core, 10% arm, so you're really working your core with I always say, like, kind of without thinking about it, which is great, because core people just tend to be like, I don't like it, but your core is going to get strong, you know, without you even really thinking about the core. So we started rowing, and David instantly, I instantly loved it, he instantly loved it, but he saw a big difference right away. So that was the big thing for us, just how different he felt. When we moved to Nevada, we decided to move here from Southern California. It's just skinny, expensive. Our daughters weren't coming back, so they were like, do what you guys want. So we decided to move out here and there was no row house. That was the first thing we wanted, is to live near a row house to continue our working out. And there wasn't one. So David just had a light bulb moment and said, What do we open a row house? And I was like, Yeah. And I was like, we don't. That's not our personalities. You don't even mean to just jump into something. We're not. We weren't business owners prior. We were both in education. So I it took me a second. I'm usually not the processor in the relationship, but I did have to process that. I had to process that really quickly. So yeah, David had this light bulb moment, and we started investigating what it would take to open a room house here. Okay,

Leaha Crawford 6:21
yeah, okay, so the investigation, because now there is a row house here, yes, so thank you for the

David Hooten 6:26
investigation. She said yes twice, right? She said yes, yes, exactly.

Julian Rosado 6:31
So this is your first venture. Yes, wow. I

Rebel Hooten 6:35
was an art teacher. David was a school psychologist for over 25 years. Yeah. So no business background at all.

Julian Rosado 6:42
So we Yeah, yeah. How long you guys been

Rebel Hooten 6:45
in business? One year? We just had our one year anniversary. We had a big party. Yeah, one year anniversary, it was amazing. We had a great time. It's kind of like, if you're a parent and you have a child that one year, it's like a blur, yeah, you know what happened? You know, you're tired, but you're kind of like, oh, it's been a year. That's great, yeah, so it's it's been an amazing year. I mean, the whole process has been about two years just because moving here, finding the lease, signing the lease, construction, all those things we had to learn. But I have to say that the community here is amazing, the chamber, the city, our construction crew has been amazing.

Leaha Crawford 7:23
Well, the thing about it is that with row house, because I've been out, well, I've been entrepreneur for a very long time, so I see, you know, a lot of business grand opening and sometimes grand closing, unfortunately, right? And when I, when I was the first time I went in there, I was just amazed. It's very clean, it's very, I mean, but it's, it makes sense, yeah, they're a bunch of machines, right? That you, I want to say easily by 28

Rebel Hooten 7:48
machines. Yeah, we have 25 plus 25 plus 26 it's

Leaha Crawford 7:51
2526 right? 26 I knew it because I'm 2222

was my number. Oh, there you go. Everyone has a number. Yeah, I had my number. 22 was my number. Um,

but everything was just the lockers, just the bath. Everything was just it was just easy. Thank you. You walk in, you touch a button, you go in, and you sit down and rowing. Because I had no idea I have never rowed before. I tried on a machine. I was like, Yeah, I must be doing something wrong. And I'm a Yoga person, so I'm normally quiet and serene, but I had a ball. I went to the Metallica row Oh, oh, my God. And I'm Sydney. I'm like, Who knew just the music and the atmosphere, you feel better after you leave. You get a burst of energy. Yeah, that's

David Hooten 8:35
one of the things that I experienced when I was a member. We remember row house in Southern California for two years when we were educators, and it's one of the reasons that we looked for a row house out here, is we've tried all the different gyms, and they're all fantastic, but row house was right for us. Okay, I it was great for the full body workout, the low impact for my back, my back got a lot stronger. But also we love the community there too. We love the fact that we enjoyed going into working out. We enjoyed doing it together as a couple. Not a lot of workouts you could do as a couple. Yeah, that was a lot of fun. And then, like you said, the music, the energy of the people, the energy of the coaches, the fun things they do, you know, it just grabbed us.

Leaha Crawford 9:18
I told Kenny. I was like, Yeah, okay, all right. All right, she sent me a text message. I haven't seen you. I was like, No, I need I was on my refresher. It was tax season, but I'm ready to go back and Kenya. I'm ready for you now, I think so.

Rebel Hooten 9:30
Have you taken a Kenya class? I have. Okay, I've taken several. Okay, so, you know, yeah,

Leaha Crawford 9:33
I know. And I'm like, Yeah, okay, Kenny, I gotta, you know, get my heart up, because when I leave your class, I feel like I've worked out, yeah, but I have fun, yes?

David Hooten 9:43
Well, that's the key to it. Is, if you could have fun and work out and get a great workout, you've done something, right? And you mentioned Kenya, I just wanted to add that, you know, one of the things that starting a business that we wanted to do is start with great people. Kenya's amazing, amazing. We found Kenya is a. Amazing manager, and then the coaches and front desk. We started with great people. And you know, great people are going to develop genuine connections with people. They're going to make everyone feel welcome, foster that community. You can't these things. You can't fake. These are just great people that we've hired. You

Leaha Crawford 10:19
have because Jill is amazing. Amber, I take Amber's class the most. Ashley, every once in a while I haven't taken Chase's class. Oh, he's a blast. Not yet. It's always, first of all, it's always booked. Yeah, when I look on, I'm like, okay, really, Chase is always waiting. Well, you got to give you no you know, you have to plan your week out Chase class books up quickly, okay? But I haven't taken Chase right now, right? But I've taken, you know, a few of the other instructors, and you're right, absolutely amazing, and you feel welcome. And

David Hooten 10:56
we have a really broad range of different instructors, and four of instructors are actually UNLV students. They're on the UNLV row team Chase and Jill are actually twins.

Leaha Crawford 11:07
Yeah. I did not know this, yeah. And then

David Hooten 11:10
the other coaches have a variety of experiences. Some like Amber was a collegiate rover at Duke University, right? And some didn't have a rowing background, but they had taught stride or cycle bar,

Leaha Crawford 11:21
okay, yeah, yeah, no, I it was, I did not know that Chase and Jill were twins. Yeah, that's funny, because

David Hooten 11:28
actually did a twin theme row where they both put both herbs up front. They dressed both like High School Musical brother sister and they had, it was the most fun in that class. I think I

Leaha Crawford 11:40
met their mom one time because their mom, I think Jill, was with their mom. They went to dinner, and they had come by in the evening or something. And I was taking Kenny's class. I was sitting in the front because I'm like, okay, Kenny, I'm gonna need about 15 minutes to recover before I drive home. And she was in there with her mom. Mom, very pleasant. Her mother was very pleasant. Yeah,

Rebel Hooten 11:56
nice families all around you know, our the community we built, has been amazing, not just with the members, but like David said, David said, our staff, we almost have everyone from the original opening with us, and we have family members, Stacy, who's one of our great coaches as well. Her daughter works for us. Sienna is her daughter. So it's just everyone's like a family

Julian Rosado 12:18
in one year, yes, oh my gosh, I know, but

Leaha Crawford 12:21
sometimes it's the intention, yeah, I feel like,

Julian Rosado 12:23
well, I know that as a business owner, there's always a big pivoting point, like, when you start a business, like, Okay, well, is this a good idea? And so what was your pivoting point?

David Hooten 12:34
Well, we, you know, we certainly question that, because we were public school employees for so long, and never owning a business is as far from that as you could possibly be. We had a big learning curve in terms of the business part, but the key thing is that we just had such passion for row house as members. We loved it so much that it wasn't it was not just a business decision. It was a passion and a dream to do something like this together, and doing it together has been a great thing for rubble. And I

Leaha Crawford 13:04
Yeah, so I love I love it. So you're listening to growth and grace. I'm Leah Crawford. This is Julian Rosado. We have David and rubble Hooten here with us talking about the row house. And let you know. Contact information for the row house is 702-444-2684 it's 702-444-2684 702-444-2684, if you are in Henderson, the shopping plaza is Green Valley Parkway and the 215 and the 215 but on the other end is that pebble pebble marketplace. It's called pebble marketplace. You'll see the Smith shopping center. You'll see a few other group fitness facilities. You'll see a massage, Massage Envy. They're right in the corner and they're bright. It's bright, it's a white it's bright, it's, I mean, it's, it's a fun, fun time. And on social media, if you go to row house, they celebrate you. So let's talk about the milestones. Yes, when rowing, because milestones. So what are your milestones? So

Rebel Hooten 14:04
we do have milestones. We have a 50,000 meter milestone. That's your first milestone you'll hit after you rode 50,000 meters, and we love we bring the coach, we bring the class, we take a picture, we celebrate you. That's a lot of hard work that went into that. We have 250,000 then we have 500,000 and then we go up by the million. So 1 million, 2 million. Does anybody hit that? Yeah, David, and I have, David has 4 million, and I have almost 3 million meters. And then we have another member, who started with us a year ago, who has 4 million meters. Oh, man, yeah, intense. And I mean, the transformation is made, and his life and his wife's life has been just an amazing thing to see. We met them when we before we opened, and it's just been like a journey with them. We've become friends, and it's been great. But, yeah, I think as adults, we don't get celebrated a lot, right? So I think having these moments for everyone to celebrate like you've done something really good for your health. Health, you've done something good for your mind. Yeah, and we celebrate that, and it's a really fun thing. Everyone really gets into it. If we have a milestone in a class, everyone's ready to go. They're ready. It's fun.

Julian Rosado 15:10
So what would I be celebrating as a first timer? Yes, you are first

Rebel Hooten 15:14
timers. Are very much celebrated. We're excited to have you, and we want everyone to say hi and join the community, yeah? You're going to be celebrated,

Leaha Crawford 15:21
yeah? So you do some very so you do some fun things around the community. What do you have anything coming up where you'll be out and about and talking about, yeah?

Rebel Hooten 15:30
So we do, before we opened, we started doing a farmers market, okay? Because we wanted, there wasn't a row house in Nevada, so no one knew about us. And so we wanted to get the word out, and we wanted to meet the community. We just moved here as well, so it was a fun way to meet people. We, you know, really didn't know much about the community. We didn't know anybody, so we were out at the cornerstone farmers market, and we still send coaches out there to meet people. Talk about rowing, talk about how it can really change your life as far as your health. So we are at the corner store, marketplace from here, you know, here and there. So we'll be there today. We have a coach there, Coach Chase, who you mentioned earlier. Yes, our lovely coach Chase will be there, and he'll be there on the 31st as well. So those are, you know, it's just a good opportunity we found when we were making calls in the beginning and pre sales and people didn't know about row house. Meeting people in person. There's nothing that you know that's the best way to meet people right over the phone, giving them our little, you know, stick, yeah, it's, it's meeting them in person, letting them ask questions, letting them see that we're a real couple that have a passion for this. It made a huge difference. So being in community, to us, is very, very important. In the fall, we hosted a small business event at our studio, so you brought in small businesses. So that's just something that we have passion for in the community. We really want to be involved, you know. So that's things we do. We're members of the chamber. They're amazing, yeah. And

David Hooten 17:00
we just did a reps and steps charity event. We've done variety of drives. We did a book drive for the schools, Toy Drive, yeah. So we've, we've been trying to reach out to the community and see what would benefit the community, and try to utilize our members to help. I

Leaha Crawford 17:17
love it. No. I just honestly and you see it, because I think you even did something for the UNLV row team. We did,

Rebel Hooten 17:25
yeah, we remember that, yeah, we had a little charity event for the row team, because we have so many coaches that are rowers, and it's just, you know, good crossover, obviously, with rowing in the studio. And they use concept too, which is what we use. So it's kind of, it's good to understand that the concept to rowers, what people use when they're rowing on the water as well when they're draining. But, yeah, they had a fun charity event. I was out of town. Unfortunately, my daughter's getting married, so we were celebrating her bachelorette party. Yeah, so I missed I got to see pictures, and I knew Chase and Jill would do a great job. You know, they

Leaha Crawford 17:59
are bright eyed, and they are, and it's always a pleasure to see them when you walk into the studio,

Rebel Hooten 18:04
amazing young people we have, which is a great, great thing to see, too. We are both in education, so, you know, seeing young people that are just so brave and bold, it's great. Yeah,

David Hooten 18:15
you are a psychologist, right? School psychologist? Yeah, most of my career to high school?

Julian Rosado 18:20
Yeah, that's why you're so quiet. You're you're examining everybody, yeah, right, yeah. He's

Leaha Crawford 18:25
developing, yeah. He's just the people talking, and then he goes back and he now has an analysis, analyzes the conversation.

Julian Rosado 18:31
How did you know that this will be your, your role, buddy, for life?

David Hooten 18:35
Oh, that's a great question. You know what? Sometimes you just have that connection that you didn't feel with anyone else before. And you know, we met in college at Cal State Fullerton back in 1994 and no, I think it was pretty quick to realize that she's my person, and we share so much in common, and we never wanted to be with anybody else.

Rebel Hooten 19:02
That's sweet, no,

Leaha Crawford 19:03
because we have couples on a week. I mean, honestly, and that's the question we normally ask, how did you know? And same is somewhat similar to same answer. They say, I just I knew that that was my person. Yeah, I knew that that was my person. And you can Well, like I said, she said yes twice, because she said yes again, and now we have the row house. That's right.

Rebel Hooten 19:24
Well, I think we learned we're a good team. I mean, we always knew that we raised two great kids. You know, life is can be hard, and we've always been there for each other, but I think this experience has taught us even more because we kind of leaned into our strengths and let the other person take over with their strengths. Luckily, those strengths were a little bit different, so we had a good coverage of the business, but we learned a lot about each other. And I think when you've been married as long as us, too, you just kind of accept the person's strengths and weaknesses as well. And so it's worked out really, really great with row house, yeah,

Julian Rosado 19:56
from business partners and then also marriage. I mean, yes. Winners in life. Yeah, it means that you guys never get the clock out. That's right.

Rebel Hooten 20:06
Yeah, that's

Leaha Crawford 20:07
a good explanation. So what do you guys do for fun outside of the row house?

Rebel Hooten 20:12
We love the movies. Love going the movies. You're just talking about the movies. We did you guys see dinners. We did see dinners. We weren't messing around. We like, we like Michael B Jordan, great movie. I was blown away. No, yeah, blown away. I was like, I could see it

again. Okay, if anything,

it's Michael B Jordan. Like, well, no, great. And it's two of them, yeah. The

Leaha Crawford 20:37
thing is, I volunteer so much. Oh, I volunteer a lot outside of that's amazing. Volunteer a lot. And right now, I am working to get some Nabi like Naba nabas a national, national this Naba National Association of Black accountants. Okay, they're coming here in a couple of months, but they have a acap program for high school students, so we have to interview students in New Mexico to get them ready to go for a program in New Mexico, and I'm behind, along with some other volunteer. I volunteer a lot for multiple organizations, okay, Salvation Army, we just did a Red Kettle kick off out. You know, we do. I do a lot of stuff that's great. So it's just the movies.

Julian Rosado 21:15
She should run for East mayor.

Rebel Hooten 21:18
I love this.

Leaha Crawford 21:20
That's not my calling. I support the people that want to run. There you go, yeah. But I am just out there a lot, so sometimes going to the movies. And my son enjoys going to the movies, and when he goes, I just, you know, I'm like, Nope, I need 30 minutes just to sit somewhere, yeah, and just sit Yeah, and just be so when it comes on Christmas time is a good time. When I go to the movies, it's a great time. Oh, yeah, because I'm that's my December is my month. That's my month.

Julian Rosado 21:48
But you have to go see this movie. The directors by Ryan Coogler,

Leaha Crawford 21:54
Black Panther. I'm sure it's good. It sounds like it's good. Creed,

Julian Rosado 21:57
yeah. Creed, amazing

station. Was his first major film. Yes,

Leaha Crawford 22:02
really, really good. Y'all are encouraging me. So if I find time,

Rebel Hooten 22:06
if I can carve out and say, Wait a lot, some time, we'll go out some time,

Leaha Crawford 22:10
because I'm working out this weekend, I'm going back into my two or two a day. So, yeah, two studios a day, and that's, you know, after you do that, you're exhausted. Yeah,

Rebel Hooten 22:18
that's true.

Leaha Crawford 22:20
That's a lot. So do you offer like a free class or intro classes? Yes. So how would someone Yeah,

Rebel Hooten 22:29
every class, the first class, is always free. We want, we know this is a new concept for a lot of people rowing. So we want you to come in. We want you to try it. We want you to love it, which we know you will. So yeah, we always offer that first class free. So let me

Leaha Crawford 22:41
ask you this, do you teach people how to row? Because that could be, I think, a barrier. I don't know how to row, so I'm not going to go, No,

David Hooten 22:49
yeah, just regular athletic shoes. Yeah,

Rebel Hooten 22:52
you do need shoes, but

Leaha Crawford 22:56
nothing special, okay? No.

David Hooten 22:57
And in terms of teaching people to row, I was like, You, Leah, where I did not know how to row I had never rowed before. Row house, and one of the things, they ask new people to come in 15 minutes before class, and they get some instruction, but, yeah, you're a learner over time. We do offer a class once a month called the stroke clinic, where it's specifically designed to teach the basic skills. It's still a class, hell, great workout, but it's good to teach you the mechanics we're always improving on our stroke, and you get more out of it. Yeah, because

Leaha Crawford 23:28
I had to learn that so I wouldn't hit my knees, because you can hurt your knees if you don't do it properly. Correct. And no, so there is a way to Rob was doing it wrong the first time. But after a few more classes and a lot more instruction, I got that almost, you know, I think I got it almost, but I like it because it's posture, yes, it's core, it's your legs. I was using my arms more than my legs in

Rebel Hooten 23:51
class, yeah, well, I mean, I do in my head a lot.

Julian Rosado 23:58
I can, like, I know people like that frustrated running class, and I cuss,

Rebel Hooten 24:03
oh no, I don't know not the instructors, yeah, the instructors are no, no, like, why they're running? They Oh no, no. We haven't seen that yet. No, are you gonna be our first

Julian Rosado 24:14
I mean, I mean it depends on how hard.

Rebel Hooten 24:17
I mean, after the sprints, we're gonna hear it from you. And that's

Leaha Crawford 24:20
what I love about because the classes are structured. You know, where you do a general row, then you speed up a little bit, and then you do these sprints,

David Hooten 24:28
yeah, yeah. Push you so much harder than you would do on your own. Because if you're on your own, you wouldn't be sprinting, you wouldn't be doing the distance pieces they do. You'd probably be doing one rate and you that's the great thing about group classes, is the energy from the coach, the energy from the other members. It pushes you a lot harder than you do yourself. Plus it's a lot of fun. They have good music.

Julian Rosado 24:51
You go outside, everyone No.

Leaha Crawford 24:53
So you sprint on machine, yeah. You go as hard as you can, as hard. You can't own

a machine set of gardeners. A steady rate that you have pushes your

David Hooten 25:04
heart rate to the max. Yeah, it does. It improves your heart health. Is those bursts of sprints. So

Julian Rosado 25:11
don't drink coffee before. I would not. I would not. And

Leaha Crawford 25:14
then there's also a little bit of weight training, yes, in the middle. So you might do core, you might do arms, you could do abs, you could do legs. And they give you alternatives. So if you're not really in shape, you can do stuff on the wall. They'll show you how to do it. And that's about maybe a five minutes in the middle of the session. I mean, it's x, it's it's a good workout. Yeah,

and yeah, you

David Hooten 25:37
mentioned the strength training. So you know every class you're going to be doing a combination of rowing, stretching, some core. And most of the classes do strength training. We have five different class types. There is a strength class where half the class is weight training. So we have the strength the Restore, which is 10 minutes of strength training and two five minute blocks. The restore class is basically no weights, more stretching, more core balance. There's a full row, which is no weights, just all rowing. And then we have an intervals, which is our high intensity.

Julian Rosado 26:09
You have weights,

David Hooten 26:10
yeah, we actually have, they do, yeah. So you get off your rower, and you have dumbbells, and the instructor

Julian Rosado 26:17
people there showing off. No, no. She laughing. She's like, Yeah,

Leaha Crawford 26:25
honestly, they don't see I'm in the back 22 right? Yeah, 22 in the back row. They don't so what I can say is, everyone there is where they are, and they are happy. They they're no complaint. Like, you don't hear like, how you go places. It's a whole bunch of complaints about this. You don't hear that there, wow. So you hear people that are you want to know what they're encouraging you.

Julian Rosado 26:52
It's a family, yeah,

Rebel Hooten 26:53
yeah. I love what you suddenly about, you know, joining you where you are. So I think that's, it's a very inclusive place. We have people who are running marathons on the weekends, and row is to kind of, you know, help counterbalance the, you know, their bodies jarring with the running. And then we have people who haven't worked out in seven years. Maybe they've never worked out. Maybe they've never worked Yeah, and now their doctors may be saying, hey, let's put something in there. So that's what we love about the community too, because rowing is something that's so inclusive that anyone can do. So you're challenging yourself with the sprints and stuff. How hard you go. I know we scared you with the sprints there.

David Hooten 27:32
Yeah, that's one thing I wanted to add, is there's no ego in this gym. There's no leaderboard up there. The only board up there is the whole classes, commutative results, yeah. And then your rower, you're going to be rowing to your ability. So everyone is using their own body's resistance, so everyone's using their own ability level, but all doing it together. And

Leaha Crawford 27:53
they have an app, guys, so you can actually track, yes, how well you do really? Yeah, I'll show I'll show you the app so I could see, I remember the first time I was like, oh my god, three oh my god, 3000 who did that? Okay? But as it started to grow, and then understanding, you know, how just understanding Roe, because it is, I mean, it's just a different lifestyle, and it's pleasant and it's fun. Well, that brings us to the end of our show today, right? Thank you. And today, Julie, you have any closing words?

Julian Rosado 28:26
Yeah, I'm excited to go now. I mean, I thought it was like, you had to go, like, a little bit outside, you know, there's, there's a leader board, so I'm thinking there's somebody's name up front, and then everybody's going, man, look at Tom Thomas beating everybody again.

David Hooten 28:44
Dave, would you have any gloves? I just want to thank you for having us on this has been such a passion for us, and we love the Henderson community and Las Vegas community, and it's been really special for us, and we're very appreciative.

Rebel Hooten 28:57
Yeah, same. Thank you so much for having us. It's such a pleasure to meet you both. We're just really proud of this, and we're excited to continue to bring it to the community, and we would love to see anyone that wants to come out and ask us any questions and join us. Okay, so

Leaha Crawford 29:12
